Community Empowerment & Safe Migration (CE&SM)

Community Empowerment & Safe Migration (CESM) of Caritas Sri Lanka implements programmes and projects related mainly on education, community development and empowerment, livelihood support, safe labour migration, water and sanitation etc. In addition, the Unit primarily takes up concerns and initiatives organized under the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development founded by the Holy Father, Pope Francis.
